I need help to find a recipe!

It's for a white bean chili - using ground turkey, navy beans and a little spices. It was on a much older WW cookbook! I got the CD with a bunch of books in 2004/2005 and I lost the CD and the recipe!


Please help

:bcb_bigsmI goggled weight watchers white bean chili and the recipe came right up. It has ground turkey right? I also read the reviews, most said you should had more spices or it is rather bland.

I just checked my old WW "Greatest Hits" cookbook for you but am sorry to say that it wasn't in there. Good luck!


Perhaps tone of these could do as a substitute? (1st from the all time favorites thread, second from the simply filling/core thread):



Main Dish


Eenie Meenie Chili Beanie Low-Point Chili

(Makes about 20 cups)

Total pts.: 39 for 20 cups = 2 pts./Cup!


6 cans of Chili Beans in Sauce (15 oz. can - I use Aldi's ( a discount chain) brand

2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz.) - I use diced - one can of Aldi's *Rotel* gives a nice kick!

12 oz. cooked 90% lean ground beef (about 1 lb. raw)

2 onions, chopped (2 C. or to taste)

chili powder to taste

salt, pepper to taste


Brown the beef and drain well. Combine with all the other ingredients and simmer uncovered 'til the onions are tender, stirring frequently. (If you're in a hurry, you can just warm it through, but the more you cook this stuff, the better it is!)

Spicy Vegetable Chili

This is perfect for these cold February days!



Provides 38% U.S. RDA of protein per serving-


3 medium onions, sliced (1½ cups)

3 stalks celery, sliced

2 green peppers, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2-28-ounce cans tomatoes, cut up

-ounce cans red kidney beans

1-15-ounce can great northern beans or navy beans

cup beer

½ or ¾ cup raisins

½ or ¾ cup cashews

¼ cup vinegar

tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon snipped parsley

2 teaspoons salt

1 bay leaf

1 ½
teaspoons dried basil, crushed

1 ½
teaspoons dried oregano, crushed

teaspoon pepper

teaspoon bottled hot pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
(I don’t use)


Cook onion, celery, green pepper, and gar­
lic in oil till tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney and great northern beans, along with all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil­ing; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove cover; simmer 1 hour longer. Remove bay leaf. Top each serving with ¼ cup of shredded cheese. Serves 8.
