johnboyrox8125 10 Posted March 21, 2012 Made this for hubby last night. He LOVED them. He made his into taco's. I ate mine on top of some cilantro lime rice. My whole dinner was 9 points!  Chipotle Lime Grilled Shrimp  1 chipotle chili in adobo; chopped 1 TBS olive oil 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 lime (juice and zest) 2 tablespoons cilantro; chopped 1 pound shrimp; peeled and deveined  Directions: 1. Mix the chipotle, olive oil, cumin, brown sugar, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl and and let marinate for 20 minutes. 2. Skewer the shrimp. 3. Michael222 10 Posted September 29, 2012 Seems to be very tasty and nutritional. I made it 2 days ago and I really like its taste. But 2 of my 4 friends that were with me did not like it and they wanted to change the ingredients little bit to get a different taste. But anyway this recipe is good and personally I like it.
