calculating daily points to MAINTAIN my new weight

I've reached my goal, now how do I keep my weight there?

Do I keep eating the same daily points allowance?

My WW calculator asks you to add maintenance points to your daily points but I don't know how many points to add.

There's no exact magic number.

Try adding 6 to your DPA and see if you gain any weight using that for a week.

If not, you're OK.

If you see some creep on the scale, then take one away and use +5 for a week.

Keep repeating this until you find the number that works.
