Hey SB, glad you are. We all get in those funks. Its hard to get out of even when I say I am, its a few more days, week. Alittle part of me hates that part of vacations. I do OK on them but for whatveer reason, fall out of disipline tracking+workouts afterwards. Well, no walks today but interesing FYI. I kept my pedometer on all day yesterday. It said I walked 21,237 steps (10+ miles). We had the dgk's. Took them looking for crawfish/tadpoles.
