2013 "Maintaining" Goals

Happy New Year everyone! It's time to set goals for 2013!

 

For the scale: Short term, I want to drop about 5 pounds. Long term, I want to keep my average weight in 2013 as close to 172 pounds (as possible).

For health: I want to workout at least 4 times a week, consistently.

 

What are your goals for 2013?

Hey Sup, I've been away dealing with some ugly life issues.

 

Yes, I have goals, I too have 5 pounds to drop to be at a happier weight, and I need to get back on the exercise wagon again. Exercise is important and I need to work on making it a priority again.
