spoiltmom 10 Posted January 23, 2013 I have a question. Say your bacon package says it contains 7 grams of fat. Is that 7 grams including OR excluding the grease that cooks off of the bacon?  what I'm trying to figure out is if I cook 2 slices off bacon in a pan and then cook eggs in the leftover bacon grease do I count the points for just the bacon and egg or do I add additional points for the greAse?
