One Step at a Time

Week 1 - I weighed and measured and journaled everything I ate. -5

 

Week 2 - I got a little sloppy and didn't weight and measure and journal as often. I did add water to week 2. -0.6

 

Week 3 - I got back to weighing and measuring and journaling - I had water. Also had a birthday thrown in for good measure.

 

Weigh in is Saturday so I'll see how things are then.
