Yep, this is about my 4th time.

Each time I join, and start to lose.. I get pregnant.

So... no more babies coming this way and here I am yet again.

So far I've lost 21 lbs but I would like to lose at least 50 more.

Someone at our meeting gave us this website.. thanks!

Janet

Wow, that's what happened to me last time! Can't wait to start again! It's hard to find time to exercise the more kids you have I've noticed, and I only (will) have 2! I've told myself that even if I have to get up super-duper early, I WILL MAKE time to do it! It's just something that has to be done for me!

Hey everyone. I've been with WW for about 8 months and have lost about 15 pounds. I'm about 10 away from goal, but lately I've found I need more support. I found you by looking up a lowfat potato soup recipe and WOW! This is what I need.

Anyhooo.... I just wanted to say HI. Great to meet you.

Hi Natalya,

I'm a newbie too and as a matter of fact, I just got my account validation this morning. I'm very excited to have you all for that added support I need right now. I recently lost 18 lbs on WW at work program and have 7 to go to my goal. I am a lifetime member of WW but let my self slip up a bit last year. Just like you always hear - "the last 10 lbs are the hardest" and that is soooo true for me. I'm at a point where I feel better, look better and my clothes all fit better but I haven't made it to goal and I really do need to lose the rest of my weight. My effort needs a recharge. I want the drive and motivation again. I'm hoping this site and all of you will help me through this. I've very glad to be here.

You sound like you have the right attitude and mind set to accomplish your goal. You can do this. You've done so well already. Imagine how great you will feel and look when you lose that last little bit. Keep up the good work and positive attitude and come here often, even after you reach your goal.

Welcome to BCB. Find a home board(s) (either by age, buddy system, or buddy groups) and post often for buddy support. Your buddies on your home boards will ask about you and help keep you accountable. Are you exercising? Journaling? Drinking water? Get back to basics, and the weight will go. You can do this! :bcbsalute
