Hi

My name is Denise. I'm new and just started today. I'm really excited to be here. I am trying to loose 55 more pounds. I've already lost 21 but it is hard and I can use all the help and encouragement I can get.

Hi, I am Jocelyne and I am 58 years old. I will retire in six months from now and wish to loose some weight and increase my activity level (and stick to it) for this huge life event. I am actually working as a WAH and I am looking forward for this new life change after 33 years... My spouse and I are both aiming for this important goal (healthy retirement). I will be more than happy to share good tricks to help reach this goal. I lost 40 pounds with the WW points program (2012-2014). However I gained some of it since then ... Therefore still 25 pounds to go... Thanks for sharing your experience !

Welcome to the board. Look around and find a buddy group that's a good fit for you. I've been a member of the Fit and Sexy Fifties and Beyond for many years. Lots of support and good conversation. I just turned 65 in July and retired. I had my last shift the beginning of June. Nothing like retirement.

I think some of them are. Not all of them are doing WW, but they are all working at getting healthy or maintaining the loss they have.

Hi everyone, I've been gone for years. Noticed a birthday greeting and returned due to my need to drop weight. Seems I've put on around 20 pounds.

 

So I'm here and looking to utilize my old weight watchers experience/knowledge. Meetings are out of the question as I have no desire to use their new program.

 

What I do want is some accountability and camaraderie. I am saddened by the lack of activity here, this place used to be hopping!
