Do anyone just eat w.w. food Breakfast, lunch. dinner,

I really hate to cook so I am thinking about just eating ww . for meals they have everything. just as long as I keep up with my points have anyone did this let me know thank you Brenda

Oh gosh no! Most of their prepared meals, to me at least, don't taste that good, aren't very satisfying, and have too much sodium to be eating them on a regular basis.

 

Also, if you are planning your menus around the Good Health Guidelines those meals don't satisfy many, if any, of them.

Eating WW foods solely is setting yourself up for failure. They're meant to help substitute some things, and even make some things easy. However, you cannot eat the WW foods alone.

 

Oh gosh no! Most of their prepared meals, to me at least, don't taste that good, aren't very satisfying, and have too much sodium to be eating them on a regular basis.

 

Also, if you are planning your menus around the Good Health Guidelines those meals don't satisfy many, if any, of them.
