question about jello

Recommended Posts

I know that 1/2 cup of Jello has zero points, but does anyone know if you can eat as much jello as you want and it would still be zero points?

Sounds like a silly question, but Jello might be my saving grace!!

Hey Becca, no, you can't eat as much jello as you want because once you start eating it, the calories add up, and that causes the points to go up. For example....1/2 cup of diet jello is 10 calories, which is zero points. 1 cup of diet jello is 20 calories, which is still 0 points. But once you get up to a cup and a half, you end up with 30 calories and 1 point.

If you bought the small box of diet jello (8.5g), it would be 1 point for the whole box. Hope this helps!!
