Hi everyone,


I am new to the group and would love it if someone could help me out by showing me how things work. I am a life time member and reached my goal, but I always seem to gain the weight back because I stop going to meetings. I am hoping by staying connected here will help me to reach my goal and keep it off for good. It's been a while so I'm not sure which program I should use. I liked the points system in the past but i'm sure there have been changes. Any suggestions on how to get started again. Thank you:bcb_smile
