Check out http://www.skinnytaste.com She has lots of recipes for smoothies. The shakes can be really high in points, depending on what's in them. Personally, I hate to drink my points, so they wouldn't work for me, but WW is flexible and as long as you follow the 8 healthy guidelines and count the points, you can make them work for you.
