freddiesgirl0 10 Posted August 28, 2015 I lost my favorite taco soup recipe. It contained taco seasoning, FF refried beans & diced tomatoes. Does anyone have it? Thx
k9dancer 228 Posted August 29, 2015 Is this what you're looking for?  We like this recipe in my house. It makes six large servings and is very filling. When I run in from work and am in the mood to have dinner on the table in 15 minutes, this is it. My husband usually has it with Baked Tostitos Scoops (15 = 2 pts). I like mine with a slice of 2% american cheese melted in it (1 slice = 1 point). I believe the recipe came from a Kraft Food and Family magazine. [For an even thicker soup, add a second can of FF Refried Beans, which will add another 1 point per serving]  Spicy Refried Bean Soup  1 can Fat Free Refried Beans (regular or spicy) 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed 1 can low sodium, low fat chicken broth 1 can (14-16 oz) diced tomatoes 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles 1 can corn  Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat through. Servings: 6 Points Per Serving: 3.5  Check out the Soup thread on the Fit and Sexy 50s and beyond board. I think this was on the 2nd page. There is another taco soup at the start of the thread, but it didn't have the refried beans in it. Hope this helps.
