Barbecued Pork Tenderloin - 4 points

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 tb brown sugar

2 tb finely chopped onion

1/8 tsp celery seed

Dash garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/8 tsp Liquid Smoke

2 (1/2-lb)pork tenderloins

1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly.

2. Heat grill. Cut pork tenderloins in half lengthwise, cutting to but not through botton; open and flatten.

3. When ready to grill, place flattened pork on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Spoon half of sauce over pork. Cook 5 to 7 minutes. Turn pork; spoon remaining sauce over pork. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

Guest Lainie

We tried this recipe last week, and my DH, who is VERY hard to please when it comes to meat, is most enthusiastic about it. He thinks this is the best pork recipe we have ever tried.

Thanks for posting it.
