Help with Weight Watchers Food Points Calculation

Recommended Posts

Good evening buddies!

I was wonder if someone with an 'official' Weight Watchers calculator could check my formulas for Points estimations.

I'm not sure if anyone's still got an old Points calculator, but I'd love to get a check on ALL versions of food Points.

So if you have any official calculator handy, please help me check my numbers!

Here's a few set's to check, and the results I am getting with 'un-official' calculations.

Going for big numbers because they will show any discrepancies more accurately.

(btw, these are all chicken salads from different restaurants - be careful out there!)

Just wondering if we are close. Thanks!

Jason

Your Smart Pounts are correct. I'd need the SUGAR on item #3 to complete that calculation.

She was warned.

She was given an explanation.

I think I tossed my last points plus calculator. I'll look around. But really Smart points is the way to go.

Awesome! Thanks Peg! I was mostly concerned with the new smart-points calculations. The other calculations are the same as my old ones which have proved very accurate over the years already. Doesn't hurt to re-check though!

Also, I filled in the missing Sugar - oops
