Smart Points

Recommended Posts

I have been lifetime for over 20 years, dropped out due to illness in family for 5 years, and gained back 15 pounds and am back.. I went to first meeting Saturday, and can't for the life of me figure out the smart points .. I was given Meet Your Plan,Eat Better and pocket guide.. If a food is not in pocket guide, I can't figure out how to get the smart points for that one item.. I have an old slide ruler from another program, but does not work with this program.

Do I need to buy the calculator WW sells, or is there a method I could use to figure out a food value..Thanks in advance

You could buy the calculator or download the WW app on your phone. That will give you the calculations too.

Just started Smart Points too. Don't feel like they make it easy to get the program unless you pay to get the mobile app. Bought the little calculator that replaces the slider for $5 which will help.

There's got to be a way to develop a slide calculator for the Smart Points. Will let you know if I find one!

I have both. I bought the calculator when I don't pay the monthly fees. Its really good once you get the hang of it. I admit I like the app better its just easier to log on. When I was using the calculator, Id still paper track but just the foods so I had a visual of what I ate. Hope that helps
