welcome back, there are lots of plans to chose from, they are all configurable to match what you like. I restarted a while ago, started back in the 80's, I got the smart points program and didn't think I wanted to follow the new plans, but i like the fact that it focuses on being healthy and fresh fruits and veggies are all free, I am loving this and being successful, you will find what works for you, good luck

I use Smart Points. I like that WW. has finally realized that sugar should be counted in the points system. So it's now Calories,Sat.Fat,Sugar and Protein.

 

We will do this journey and be successful
