Cardio and resistance training...

Seems like when resistance training the weight is slower to come off than when doing cardio and core training alone?


Anyone else notice this?

Hi and welcome. I've never really paid much attention, but I do know that the cardio is what burns the calories. Resistance and weight training help build muscle which in the long run helps you burn more calories, even at rest. Alternating the 3 of them will keep you from getting bored with your routines.
