cp0x29a 10 Posted March 27, 2017 Years ago I found online (but can't remember now where) a recipe that was Core that I really liked... unfortunately during a move my binder that I kept recipes in was lost. So I'm hoping someone here might remember it... It was a mexican-style shepherd's pie - as best I can recall, the meat mixture used salsa, black olives, peppers, and corn (and several spices I can't recall) and the 'topping' was a egg, a cup of cornmeal, and some amount of water? (It was incredibly runny when poured on top of the meat mixture, but ended up as a moist cornbread consistency after coooking.) Â This ringing any bells to anyone?
