Health issues/gluten free

I have IBS which makes it very difficult to prepare some recipes. Where I have to be careful of what goes into the food I make. So lets say I want to make meatloaf for dinner. I would have to replace the bread crumbs with GF breadcrumbs or even ground oatmeal. My question is how would I find out how to calculate the recipe?

Do you have to WW app? Or access to their website? I believe it has a recipe builder where you could just plug in all the ingredients and then the number of servings and it will come up with the points. Another way is to just figure the calories and the main nutrition information (fat, sugar, calories and carbs), and divide it by the amount of servings. You would be able to figure the points with that information.
