What works for me and seems to be consistant with most members is : Journaling your food, write every bite, If you joined WW and have the online version it is really nice, you input your food and it calculates the points, it also tracks your weekly WW weigh ins automatically. I have it linked to my Fitbit and it calulates fit points too.

Tracking what you eat is so important, we don't always realize the points/calories in what we eat when we aren't conscious of it. Try to move more, if you have a tracker, see how much you usually move and try to add to it a little at a time, try new foods, and new recipes so you don't get into a rut. Find a buddy group that you like and join it, everyone is so welcoming and helpful, we help each other, lean on each other. you can do this!
