Lemon Cinnamon Crock Pot Chicken

This is a recipe that I have used many times. It goes into the crock pot and only takes about four hours.

 

4-6 Skinless Boneless chicken breast halves

 

1 lemon

 

Cinnamon

 

Onions

 

salt and pepper

 

Put the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot, then salt and pepper.

 

Squeeze the juice of the lemon on the chicken, shake some cinnamon on top

Slice some onions and put on top of the lemon juice and cinnamon. Then slice

the lemon thinly and distribute evenly over the chicken.

 

Set the crock pot on high and let it go for four hours.
