lachrisco 10 Posted May 6, 2018 Ladies and Gents...I HAVE to get back on the WW wagon. I've been seeing new commercials for WW. When I join...again...will I be able to choose between the points system of years ago, or will I need to adapt to the new system? How does the new plan compare? Â Honestly, I hate counting points. However, at 185, I am way too close to the 200 mark. Going through a separation and divorce, not exercising and eating like a horse, I allowed myself to gain 40 pounds. Â Suggestions? I find that I can loose weight and the point system doesn't require the use of an app. The points are calculated by calories, fat and fiber. It's just easier for me bc I'm use to it.
