Meat Loaf

5= Points per serving


3/4 cup Chili Sauce. divided. 1/4 cup Minced Onion .

2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar .

1/4 Tsp G...lie Powder

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper .

1 Tsp Ms. Dash Tomato. Basil. Garlic Mix

2 Large Egg Whites

1.1/2 Lbs 93 Fat- Free Ground Round

1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

Cooking Spray


Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees .


Combine 1/2 cup Chili Sauce. onion and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir- well.

Add meat and oats; stir- just until blended. Shape mixture into an 8X4" loaf on a

broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce over

meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1,hr and 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10

minutes before slicing. Cut into 12 slices.

Yield: 6 servings (2 slices) points,perserving = 5
