Vegetable Cheese Pie


Weight Watchers Points~~~~~3 Servings: 6


1 pkg. frozen hash-brown potatos -- (16 oz.) thawed (4 cups)

4 oz. reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)

1/2 green pepper -- chopped

1/2 tomato -- choppped

3 Tbsp. chopped onion

3/4 c. Fat-free milk

3/4 c. egg substitute

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. pepper


Preheat oven to 350F. Coat 9" pie dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all

ingredients. Pour into dish and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45

minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.


Nutrition Info./serving:

156 calories, 5 g. fat, 12 g. protein, 14 mg. cholesterol, 15 g. carbohydrates, 432 mg.

sodium, 1 g. fiber.
