parklady 0 Posted August 28, 2001 From WW site  1/2 cup(s) light cream cheese, tub-style 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp garlic salt 2 average burrito-size wheat flour tortilla(s) 1/2 cup(s) arugula, stems removed 1/2 cup(s) jarred roasted red peppers (water-packed), chopped  Instructions   In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic salt.   Place tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread each with 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture. Top each with 1/4 cup of arugula and 1/4 cup of peppers. Roll up and tightly wrap in plastic wrap; chill 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.   Remove wraps and slice into 1-inch pieces; arrange on a platter and serve. mofina 0 Posted August 29, 2001 Good Recipe. I just made it for lunch. Â BUT of course i tweeked it. Â My version is 4 points for a whole sandwich. Â Whole Fat Free Tortilla (big one) 2pts Lite Cream Cheese 2Tbsp. 2pts Spring Salad Mix w/ Arugula 0pts Roasted Red Pepper in Balsamic Vineger 0pts Sprinkled the veggies with a little salt, pepper & garlic power. Â Spread the cheese, loaded the veggies and wrapped it up! Â It was a delicious Lunch and was quite filling. I will make it again.
