"NO Potato" Salad

Recommended Posts

Guest chilb

I am not sure where I picked this recipe up, maybe even here. THis is so incredilbe and has 0, thats right 0 points in a cup...Please try this and tell me what you think. It sounds wierd but it is just great..I love this!THe BEST:

1pkg frozen cauliflower

1/2 c. diced onion

1/2c. chopped celery

1 hard-boiled eggs(yolks discarded) chopped

1 med. dill pickle chopped

1/2 c. Miracle Whip Free salad dressing

Mustard to taste.

I did not do anything to cauliflower except thaw it out, I like the crunch so to each his own. Directions say to cook until tender, but not mushy...DRAIN WELL.... Add remaining ingred. and blend well.

I use this for not only at lunch but to snack on....

Thanks. I will have to try this. I have been craving potato salad and I haven't found a good substitute yet.

Yummy! I just made this today. I used frozen cauliflower and just deforsted it and didn't cook the cauliflower. In fact, I'm on my way to get another serving...

I made this wonderful recipe this weekend and have to say it is DELICOUS!!

I made one small change.. I was ready to grab the frozen cauliflower when I saw a bag with frozeng broccoli, cauliflower and sliced peppers. I compared the bags and the nutrition info was exactly the same..just as a heads up for you that want to try something slightly different!!

This is my new favorite salad to make!!

Am I the only one who doesn't like this? I made this today and wasn't impressed. Oh well. We all can't like everything.

I guess I'm disapointed. I wanted a low point, great tasting, "potato" salad.
