THis is so incredilbe and has 0, thats right 0 points in a cup...Please try this and tell me what you think. It sounds wierd but it is just great..I love this!THe BEST: 1pkg frozen cauliflower 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2c. chopped celery 1 hard-boiled eggs(yolks discarded) chopped 1 med. dill pickle chopped 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Free salad dressing Mustard to taste. I did not do anything to cauliflower except thaw it out, I like the crunch so to each his own. Directions say to cook until tender, but not mushy...DRAIN WELL.... Add remaining ingred. and blend well. I use this for not only at lunch but to snack on.... I was ready to grab the frozen cauliflower when I saw a bag with frozeng broccoli, cauliflower and sliced peppers. I compared the bags and the nutrition info was exactly the same..just as a heads up for you that want to try something slightly different!! This is my new favorite salad to make!!
