0 point soup in the crockpot?

I was the first one that asked for the crock pot recipes and I am so grateful so I hope I can help you out a little. Here's a site with 0 point soups. Don't know if any of them are for the crock pot specifically, but they should be adaptable. At least some of them.

There is a recipe here "Spicy Pumpkin Soup" posted not too long ago, by Parklady. OMG, is it good!!! I have been making it several times a week, since it was posted, and we can't get enough of it.

 

Give it a try & don't be put off by the pumpkin. No one will ever guess what's really in the soup, they will be too busy eating it.
