This definitely sounds like something I would like. I have a question about the potatoes.

What do you mean by 20 oz? Are they whole potates cut up, frozen, canned? Sorry but recipes are not really my forte, and I need all the help I can get.

TIA,

Heidi

What are "2 servings" of nonfat sour cream? How many oz. or tablespoons or whatever?

Thanks.

DW and I both liked this as a change.

I used 2 frozen chicken breasts (easy to cube frozen with a cleaver) and 3 normal size baking potatos (about 2.25#).

2 servings of sour cream is 4T and I just guessed on that. Cooked 4 hours at high.
