Crockette Apple Crisp

Hi, this is something I made today in my 1.5 baby crockette. It's delicious!

Crockpot Apple Crisp

 

Recipe By :

Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

4 apples -- peeled, cored & cut into chunks*

1 tablespoon orange juice

1/4 cup splenda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all of above tog. in pam sprayed 1.5

qt. crockette

Combine the following in small bowl

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup splenda

Cut the following into the above mixture

until crumbly

1 tablespoon Margarine,Promise Buttery Light, Tub

Top apples with above crumbly mixture

 

3 servings // 3=points each

 

Spray 1.5 crockette with pam.

Following above directions and cook in crock for 4-5 hours

 

*Don't cut the apple chunks too small or they will turn to mush as they

cook in the crockette.

from fat); 3g Protein; 44g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 0mg

Cholesterol; 2mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 2 Fruit; 0 Fat.

mmmm, that sounds so delish ! This cold Wisconsin weather kicks in a craving for comfort foods that are sweet, warm and filling. This recipe sounds like it fits the bill while being very points friendly.

This sounds yummy. I might try to cut it in half and make it in the baby crockette. I'd refigure the points, but should be able to serve two if the apples were reasonably large.
