debradawn 0 Posted May 6, 2003 Here is a recipe I made yesterday. Very good, even got my 8 year olds approval. Double check your points depending on how much chicken you use.  Chicken and Stuffing 7 points/6 servings  6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used a bit over a pound) 1 box stove top stuffing mix 1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup (I used the cream of chicken) 1/2 cup water or chicken bouillon  Spray a 3 1/2 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken breast. Combine stuffing, soup and liquid. Spread over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Debra Highest weight 286 If I can dream it, I can be it... ctbeagles 0 Posted May 3, 2004 I made this recipe and it cooked on low for 5 1/2 hours. The chicken breast was on the dry side. I am new to crockpot cooking and would appreciate any tips on cooking chicken or pork in the crockpot as my experience is it always comes out dry. MrsLinda 0 Posted August 18, 2009 This looks good. I might try skinless chicken thighs; not as dry as breasts. I'll let you all know how it turns out. Linda - Â 2014 is going to be MY year to get healthier and thinner!!
