kansaslaura 0 Posted February 1, 2003 Diamond gave me this recipe months ago and it's wonderful! You could sub in sliced potatoes if desired. 1 cup = 3 points  32 oz frozen hash browns 2 c. ff or lf sour cream 1 small can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. grated ff or lf cheese 1/2 onion diced  Throw all in a cake pan, mix, bake at 350 until bubbly - about 45 minutes.  It's delicious, and even better the next day. Remember, we're all in this together...I'm pulling for you! Red Green ~~~ Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak Kindly. Leave the rest to God ~~~ -30!
