This is the breakdown for the entire recipe using regular peanut butter:

Calories 1034

Fat 48.5

Fiber 6.34

Points 23.45366667

Rounded 23

Therefore if you make 23 they are one point a piece.

Aren't these great?! I've been making them for a few weeks now and can't keep them in my freezer. I usually get 24 p.b. cups per recipe. Sometimes my kids and DH eat them all before they're completely frozen. I may have to make a batch and hide them so I can get at least one!

I'm wondering if someone could help me out. I don't know where the points breakdown calculator is (I haven't been on this site in a while).

I bought some reduced fat p/b and some lite syrup to make this recipe. The # of calories is 995, fat 36 g and fiber 6. Can someone help me with the breakdown?

Thanks!

Is this recipe (1 point, yield:23) using minimuffin tins? I only have the full size tins and was wondering if anyone knows how many points a full size muffin would be? Thanks

I made this last week. I made 12 full size-2 points each. They are really good...I ate about 3-4 over the course of the week and I lost 2 pounds that week, so they didn't harm my loss any at all! wave.gif
