Guest silentstephi Posted August 20, 2004 How many pts per serving?
BostonGirl 10 Posted November 17, 2004 That sounds awesome! I also make a marinade of dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon and lime joice for my chicken. No points for the marinade, so you only count 1 pt per oz of chicken. Its awesome. With a salad and zero point dressing, its a yummy dinner!

Becca.T 10 Posted January 25, 2008 Delicious!! I sauteed the chicken in a skillet. Served with a salad and whole grain rice. Yum!  ETA: Tonight, I shredded the leftover chicken and made tacos with it! Tasted even better! Becca  That's not sweat, it's your fat cells crying.  Pregnant with Baby #3!!
