  1. You Look Great!!!! And You Are A Terrific Inspiration To Me. Thanks For Sharing.
  2. Hi Guys - didn't get a chance to check in yesterday - sorry - I did about the same yesterday and this morning, maybe about 15 minutes into it before I gave up -- but after i did give up, I got myself on the treadmill for 1/2 hour. Back to the tapes, I think that with some patience (of which I have little), I will get the hang of them. Also, do you guys recommend that I continue doing the same one until I go all the way through it or should I mix up the routine and totally confuse myself? Please let me have your thoughts. Thanks. Liz
  3. sorry - as you can see, I am having computer problems.

  6. Hi guys - I am new to this Firm board... although I have had the videos and box for over a year now -- (I hurt my knee and could not do it right before they arrived in the mail)-- so I decided that today I would start my FIRM workouts --- I started with the total body sculpting (I think that is what is was called) -- I only lasted about 13 minutes - it was supposed to be 45 minues -- she moved so quickly through the routine I was lost and became discouraged. Please let me know if there is a more beginner one to start with or if there is somewhere that they explain the moves to you before you start doing it. I hope that as I do it more often the routine will become -- please say it will..... Liz

  10. I just saw this recipe "down the line" on this thread - Sorry for the duplication - but it was a really great recipe !!!! I made this great recipe on saturday and it was so easy, I just had to share it: Bruschetta & Chicken Stuffed Chicken Breasts: Serves 8: 1 stuffed breast each 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained 1-1/4 cups Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken 8 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.) 1/3 cup KRAFT Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine tomatoes with their liquid, 1/2 cup of the cheese, basil and dry stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. PLACE 2 chicken breast halves in large freezer weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thickness. Repeat process in same bag with remaining chicken breast halves, 2 at a time. (This is what the recipe says, I just bought thin-sliced chicken cutlets and they were fine) Place chicken, smooth-sides down, on large cutting board. Spread evenly with stuffing mixture. Starting at narrow end, begin rolling chicken, as tightly as possible, around stuffing mixture. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle evenly with dressing. BAKE 40 min. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F) and cheese is melted. 6 points each 280 calories 8 grams fat 1 gram fiber
