  3. Peanut butter is good choice for fat and protein. The two mixed together help make us feel more satisfied. I also would question choice of reduced fat. I use all natural peanut butter that is also 2 points for 1 Tbl. However, it is difficult to spread.

  5. I bought a brand at my local Super WalMart that had only 1 pt when I used the 4 grams of fiber.
  6. I to am a vegetarian too. Two magazines I use are Vegetarian Times and Veggie Life. They have nutrition information after the recipes. They are good and sometimes adventurous.

  9. Well, I had the pizza for dinner. I ate my 2 slices for 12 points. I ate very sloooooooooooooooowlly and I feel satisfied. Thanks for your help the information is greatly appreciated.

  13. Judyo thank you for your help. It is just pizza who would think it would be so difficult to figure out. I think I will use 6 points per slice and be sure to use a napkin to absorb the extra oil. I guess caring and doing my best is a good place to start. What is Fitday by the way?
  14. Could someone please resuce me!!!! We eat pizza every Wednesday night. I'm not sure how many points are in a slice of pizzeria type pizza. We get just a large regular cheese pie. The crust is not pan or thin. Please help with my confusion
  15. I'm here to get this job done. I need to lose the same 25 pounds, again. I want to get rid of them so I can just get on with my life. Anyway, is there anything very different about the program fro last December. That is the last time I went to a meeting.
