  3. I love these!!! If you figure by the formula used to calculate points, one is 0.4. I figure everything I eat exactly. So, I count it as 0.4. I can't bring myself to count something like this as zero when it comes to almost 1/2 a point. 1/2 points add up. That's still not bad for such a delicioius, filling treat. Cheri

  6. Does anyone have a good system on meal planning for maybe a week at a time? I am an organized person, but can't seem to wrap my mind around this. I'm looking for some sort of idea for planning out meals for two people on a weekly basis. You know like lunch and dinner... Don't really need to plan for breakfast as this is usually oatmeal and fruit...and we're on our own then. I'd like to have something planned out for each day's lunches and dinners. Any ideas or help in general would be greatly appreciated. Thanks & God bless, Cheri

  8. Pammo - I thought about that. I've done good this week though. I know if I decide to try that, I'll basically have to eat the normal 22 for another week and see how much I lose and go from there. How many points do you eat now in a normal day without any APs or FPs? You have done an awesome job!Thanks for the input! Georgette - It hasn't been as bad as I thought it would. 2 points doesn't seem like much, but then you think, that's 14 in a week that you give up. That's a little overwhelming. How many points are you eating now a day without APs or FPs? I know you just made Lifetime, so you probably don't know yet how many you'll get to have. Congrats on that BTW!!! Wanda - It hasn't been so bad for me either. I tend not to eat APs, but I do eat most or all of my FPs. So far, so good. Great job girl!!!   10. It's their new slow-churned line. I love it. It is vanilla, fudge and mini peanut butter cups. It is really good and 1/2 cup is plenty to satisfy. I figure to the tenth. So, this is 2.8 for 1/2 cup. Get some and enjoy Cheri

  13. I treat myself to a Snickers Kudos now instead of candy bars. I love it. It is just like eating a Snickers without the guilt. Enjoy. They are way cheaper and the point value is great for what you get. Cheri

  15. This is my second time around and I've been back OP since March and I still weigh and measure everything. It is the only way to do it for me. That's why Americans fight so much with weight because our portions are all out of whack. Cheri
  16. Lee Ann, I don't know where you are in NC, but I shop in Pineville/Charlotte a lot. Pineville has a World Market that carries it. They also carry Torani which has sugar free too. I got most of mine from there and TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Cheri
  17. Hello everyone! I am finally back under 150. So, that means I'm going from 22 daily target points to 20. Wow! I just wanted to know how it was for any of you. Is it harder or an easy transformation??? I'm looking forward to getting to goal so that my daily points will be more all the time. Cheri
  18. How neat and what a supper feeling it must have been! Congrats to you! I know a little how you feel. I have finally noticed a big difference in my clothes. I have been pushing along for two months. I kind of stalled, but remained OP. And I've only lost 4.2 over that period, but it is a loss. All of a sudden in the past week or so, I cleaned out my closet, and tried my 10s on and they fit. Not just got into them. They fit. So, that felt amazing. I was barely losing, but my body sure is changing. Keep it up! Soon you'll see another new you!!! Cheri

  21. I posted this in the wrong place to start with. Sorry. I do WW at home on my own and it has been a long time coming, but I finally made my first 10% yesterday. Woohoo! Boy, that's a great feeling. I'm looking forward to the next 10%. Yay! Cheri
  22. It has taken me 5 1/2 months to lose 17 pounds. It is definitely different for everybody. I did this 3 years ago and lost about 25 in 4 months. So, there are a lot of things that determine the loss. I have been totally OP the whole time, but I'm still going along. I have about 22 more to go to get to my ultimate goal and I will get there when I get there. I have goal dates, but I try to focus more on doing the things I'm supposed to do more than how fast I can lose the weight. I am better off now than I was 5 1/2 months ago and as long as I keep going, I'll be better off in 5 1/2 more. So will you. Just think where you'd be if you had never started. You can do this!!!   23. Could anyone offer me some suggestions? I ordered some DaVinci Chocolate Sauce online the other day. I live in an area that you can't fnd many neat things. I have to order everything. I was so excited to find something like this and I'm not a big sweet eater. I like something every now and then. It has 15 calories, 0 fat and less than 1 g of fiber for 2 tablespoons. So, I wonder what good ways there are to eat this stuff??? It is so low in points, 0.2 to be exact, but I would like to try to keep the whole treat as low as possible. I'm nearing only 20 points a day target. So, I don't have a lot of room for extras. Thanks in advance for the help! Any ideas are welcome. Cheri
  24. I just called The Fresh Market that's located about an hour from me and they have them. She said they're McCann's I think and they are 6.99 a can. Does that sound about right? Sorry for so many questions.
