  1. I am looking for a variety of cheesecake recipes to experiment with...please post a recipe you are pleased with. thanks.
  2. i share the same problems as you.... what a pain! would love to have recipes for butterscotch and vanilla pudding...i can't eat the jellos either--- maybe i'll just go for the ones w/ sugar instead of sf.
  3. I understand that splenda has its own set of woes...really limits you if you avoid both...don't you think?
  4. I love many of these desserts posted here and have tried several over the past few weeks.. i have been having headaches lately and am wondering if it is related to artificial sweeteners ... has anyone had similar problems?
  5. i'm not sure where i got this recipe but it sure is great-- Choc. kashi muffins 1 pt. Add the following to a bowl and mix together: 2 1/4 c.kashi good friends cereal 1 c. skim milk 4 pkts sweetn low (i used splenda packets) 1/4 c sugar 1/4 c egg sub 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce 3/4 c pumpkin 2 tsp vanilla dash salt Mix following in second bowl: 3/4 c whole wheat flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 c baking cocoa 3 tbsp mini choc- chips Mix second bowl into first - do not overstir. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray. Fill each cup up evenly( will fill almost to the top)- bake 20 min. 350 degrees. Makes 12 muffins 1 pt each. (103 cal 4g fiber 2 g fat)
  6. I absolutely love this and would like to freeze -do they freeze well-- someone said to half bake them first-- how long do you think you can keep them in the freezer?? Next question, when they figured points being 6 , was this using the leanest meat and fat free cheese or reg. ground round and reg. cheese?.. was it just regular pizza crust or a reduced version-- thanks so much-- really plan on having this often...how much would using the soy crumbles reduce it?? fat free cheese vs. reg??????

  9. Hello AdrienneB2==couple of questions: Bsctch fruit salad-- do you not mix milk or water into the pudding powder-- or just dry mix over fruit? what size cn of pineapple? Bsctch sundae: didn't understand strawberries--11/4 to make a point??were you talking about 11/4 cup?? thanks for great looking recipes!!

    I used to love fruit pizza made with a sugar crust and a cream cheese frosting with fruit on top--- does anyone have a reduced recipe for this? thanks.
