  1. Grilled Sesame Ginger Chicken Marinate skinless, boneless chicken breasts in Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger salad dressing in a ziploc bag in fridge for a few hours. Discard marinade and grill over hot coals for a few minutes, turn over and grill until done - it doesn't take long. Enjoy! NI for the salad dressing: per 2 Tbs. 35 cal.,1.5 grams fat, 0 g. fiber Ivy
  2. Hooray! I wanted something different for breakfast this morning, something quick and easy and good. This fit the bill! I only used 1/4 c. milk and it was done in about 12 minutes. Thanks....yum!

  4. I just made these and they set up in 5 minutes. I used 1 c. Splenda and 1/4 c Brown and Brummel LF marg and 1/4 c. milk. I think the key is to bring all ingredients to a rolling boil and stir for a full minute or so before adding the oats. They aren't as sweet as I like, so next time I'll add a bit more Splenda when I take the pot off the burner and then add the oatmeal. Thanks, Cats, (and all) for the recipe Cheryl

  8. This looks like a tasty recipe, but isn't it 3 points? According to my points slide and an online calculator (http://www.io.com/~ocrow/java/pointcalc.html) it comes to exactly 3 points a slice. cal 130 fat 0 fiber 1 Cheryl
