  1. This was very salty. If I make it again, I would eliminate the salt, decrease the soy sauce to 1 tbs, use low sodium soy sauce and increase the peach jam to 1 cup. It was hard to taste the peach flavor. Also, I recommend decreasing the cooking time, depending on your oven of course. Mine were in for close to an hour but were very dried out.
  2. Thank you Jason. You're doing a wonderful job and we appreciate you!
  3. Great recipe. I made this for a crowd and it was a big hit. Everyone complimented it and asked how it was made. It DOES make a lot of sauce. Very easy, definitely a keeper! Glad I found it.
  4. I am happy to resurrect this recipe. I just made this and it was delicious. It was so easy to make too. I was unable to find the Sweet Hungarian Paprika, so I used smoked paprika. I would definitely recommend this!
  5. This was good. I didn't not like the Chinese Spice in it. I will leave it out next time, but good, quick, easy recipe!
  6. Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups 2 cps. cooked quinoa 2 eggs 2 egg whites 1 cp. zucchini, shredded 1 cp. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cp. diced ham 1/4 cp. parsley, chopped 2 T. parmesan cheese 2 green onions sliced salt & pepper Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. Liberally spray a mini muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and spoon mixture to the top of each cup. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till the edges are golden brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. To freeze: Place baked cups on a baking sheet then freeze until solid and transfer to a freezer bag. Microwave for 20-40 seconds depending on how many you're reheating. For regular sized muffin tins: Bake for 25-30 minutes. (Mine needed longer because I filled to the top. Next time I won't fill as much) Enjoy!
  7. This recipe is fabulous! I tried it, everyone loved it, and I've made it several times since then. It's one of my favorites.
  8. They also have a blueberry and a strawberry flavored pancake syrup. I just saw it tonight when I was shopping. I was going to buy one, but decided on a jar of their all fruit spread. I wanted to buy both, but they are rather pricey. I tried the chocolate syrup and the marshmallow whip and didn't care for them at all. The fruit spread wasn't too bad, but it did leave a bit of an aftertaste.
  9. I made these on a camping trip and everyone loved them. It was so easy and they were delicious. I also just made these on Sunday for some family that I had over for a mimosa breakfast. I had bowls of toppings and everyone made their own. You just mark each persons name on their bag with a sharpie marker. The best part was that they were all done at the same time. Try doing that with regular omelettes. If I remember correctly, the original post said they must be cooked for exactly 13 minutes. That may be the reason for the extra liquid someone had.

    7 Layer Salad

7 Layer Salad Layer in any order: small head of lettuce, torn green, red or yellow pepper, chopped small onion, diced shredded carrots bacon ff cheese 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen cooked peas Top with dressing Dressing: 1 cp. ff sour cream 1 cp. ff mayonnaise 2 tbs. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix Mix well. This salad is excellent and is great to bring to parties. People always ask for the recipe. You should figure your own points, because I always vary the amounts and never use all of the dressing. It makes alot of dressing. You can use grilled chicken or lean steak in place of the bacon.
  11. This was very good. I added dijon mustard instead of the mayo and I used light swiss cheese. Everyone here loved it and didn't know it was a WW recipe. Although by now, you'd think they'd know that they're eating healthy.
  12. You look awesome! Congratulations. It's so funny that I was looking at your pictures earlier. I was reading a post somewhere on here, and there was a link to the 20s photo gallery. Actually I thought you all looked awesome. Thanks for sharing your pictures.
  13. You look terrific! You and dh look like a nice couple. Keep up the great work!
  14. I love these too. I was surprised at how flavorful they were. I thought with just a few spritzes, it wouldn't taste like much but I was wrong.
  15. This was very good. I made it tonight for dessert after a barbecue. Everyone liked it. It was such a unique idea. People thought I was genius, but then I came clean and told them where I got the recipe.
