  1. I made it, and it IS a keeper..but when I put it into the Weight Watchers recipe builder I got 4 pts a serving. Which is still WAY better than "regular cake" and it tastes so good even non-weight watchers folks like it and will eat it.
  2. I haven't tried it yet... haven't had much chance to cook seriouly, much less something fun like desert. Thanks for running it through mastercook!
  3. Testing to see if I successfully loaded my team's banner into my siggy file.

  6. (sigh)... a .6 gain. Starting weight: 237.4 I weigh in on Sundays Oh well, if I had to have a gain at all, better at the beginning, right? TracyD
  7. My weigh-in is tommorrow... will post my starting weight right after I WI. I'm getting real excited about this challenge. TracyD
  8. Thanks! I had 1/2 of the bagel (no cream cheese) for breakfast... so I think I'll count 4 pts to be on the safe side. TracyD
  9. They're large, (I'm guessing New York style bagels)... sesame. I misplaced my book, so I'm coming to buds to check on the points... wanna be honest in my accounting! TracyD
  10. What exactly in involved with being team captain? I won't volunteer (yet), cause (1)you might already have your captains, (2) I don't know what's involved and (3) I don't know if the others would want a total NOOB as captain! lolz TracyD
  11. I don't have mastercook, so any help appreciated! Recipe courtesy of a friend (not sure where he got it originally) ******************************************** Blueberry Cheesecake Bars Ingredients Crust 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated 1/3 cup light butter, melted Filling: 12 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated 2 large eggs 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Topping: 1/4 cup reduced-sugar apricot preserves 1 tablespoon water Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an eight-inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. Combine graham cracker crumbs, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, and butter, mixing well. Firmly press mixture evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, beating until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla, beating just until blended. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Cover and chill 2 hours. Topping Directions: Combine apricot preserves and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until jam melts. Spread over filling; cut into bars.
  12. Giving this a bump so it doesn't get too lost!
  13. well team, considering the hard week I had, AND the fact that AF decided to visit (and she's being a rough guest this month) -- I'm reasonably pleased to have lost .4 this week.
