  1. My very favorite dessert uses 6 pts. worth of angel food cake. Slice the cake very, very thin, about 1/4" (electric knife works best). Lay it on the bottom of a deep dish pie plate or 9" cake pan. Cover bottom and press down lightly. Then layer on 4 c. sliced strawberries. Make a glaze using 1 pkg. sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding cooked with 2 c. WATER. As soon as it boils add 1 pkg. sugar free strawberry jello and stir. Let it cool, then pour over your berries. Top the pie with fat free cool whip and and a few berry slices for decoration. 1/6 of this shortcake pie is on 2 pts! I make this all the time. I've even taken it to church dinners and nobody knows it's low calorie and fat free!
  2. I couldn't wait for the crockpot, so I cooked it on top of the stove for about an hour. It is sooooo good! I want to make a big batch for the freezer now. Thanks.
  3. Just what I was looking for, something with 0 pts. so I can bank some for New Year's Eve. I have a pot on cooking right now. It sounds great. Thanks!
  4. I got this recipe in an email from WW, it was in an old magazine and was posted here months ago, but I just tried it this week, and so far I've made it four times in different flavors, butterscotch, banana cream and chocolate fudge. Right now it is my all-time favorite dessert recipe, rich tasting, low in points, and sooooo easy. From Weight Watchers Magazine Jan/Feb 2000 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies 1 (1-ounce) package butterscotch fat-free, sugar-free instant pudding mix 1-1/2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed and divided ground cinnamon(optional) Additional Rice Krispies(optional) 1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high 30 seconds, stir until mixture melts. Stir in cereal. Press mixture into bottom of an 8-inch round cake pan using wax paper. 2. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, and fold in one cup of whipped topping. Spoon pudding mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Let pie stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Spoon remaing whipped topping over each serving. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and additional cereal, if desired. Yields: 6 servings Points per serving: 3
  5. After weeks of little losses, I lost 2.8 today and made goal with a total loss of 58.8. This should be fun trying to maintain through the holidays...lol.

  7. Here's one I just copied from the newest WW magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good...and easy! HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 1/3 c. honey 1/3 c. Dijon mustard 1/3 c. vinegar Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse briefly until smooth. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month. Makes 1 cup. Per serving (2T.) 52 cal, 0 g. fat, 0 g. fiber POINTS=1
  8. My favorite is to make it with strawberry-banana jello and serve it with cantaloupe. Yummmm!

Did you use unsweetened applesauce? I got the recipe from this site and when I added mine up it came to .6 pts. per muffin.
