  11. Just had these. I thought they were good. 2 pts per filet. 2 filets to a box. Med/Hot I'll buy them again. I can see eating these a couple of times a week. Made a good fish sandwich on 1 pt bread with a slice of cheese. I did cook mine a couple of minutes longer than called for because I wanted them to "crisp" up a little more. 100 calories 3 Fat 0 Fiber 17 gr Protein 1 gr carbs 0 Trans Fats
  12. Wow is all I can say about this Pumpkin Angel Food Cake. It was a BIG hit on my thanksgiving table! YUMMERSSSSS
  13. I found this on the WW recipe site and I'm going to try it out for Thanksgiving. Sounds good to me! 1 pound red potatoes 1 pound Yukon Gold (yellow) potatoes 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced 12 ounces baby carrots 4 cloves garlic 1 (10 ounce) package frozen white corn, thawed 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Directions 1 Place red potatoes, yellow potatoes, jalapeno pepper, carrots and garlic cloves in a large pot. Cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Drain water from pot. 2 Stir in corn and butter. Mash the mixture with a potato masher until butter is melted and potatoes have reached desired consistency. Mix in cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve hot. Makes 10 servings 3 pts per serving Calories 157 Protein 4.8g Total Fat 7.3g Sodium 107mg Cholesterol 20mg Carbohydrates 20.1g Fiber 3.3g
  14. How many points per piece did you come up with for these? I'm coming up with 4 pts per piece if I cut it in 20 pieces..... I must admit though, it smells heavenly. I've got it in the oven now. Maybe I used the wrong pie filling or something. Mine pointed out like this: Cake mix: 2800/0/0 Pie Filling: 840/3.5/0 For a total of 73 points for the entire thing.....
