Well not all of it this week of course.
It is really a much bigger deal to me than I thought it would be. It was 1.5 pounds down at wi. That's not even a great weekly loss for me. But it made the 100 mark. My wi was last Thurs. I've been so excited it has taken me until now to post. That's pretty excited.
I think I'm now qualified to make comments to others: No matter what, if you've lost 10 pounds or more on this program, this is the program for you. Now it's up to you to stay with it. You are choosing every day, every meal, every minute whether loosing weight is important to you. Your success is up to you and is all yours. If you loose, you did it. If you don't loose, that's your choice. If you are stuck somewhere, at a stand still, quitting will never get you past that point. Hanging in there and waiting for your body to catch up will keep you going until you reach your goal. That's been my experience. I've tested all of the different configurations of this program many times in the last 16 months. I know what I can do and what I can't. It's up to me 100%. Know what I mean? :eek:
