  2. The kind of salmon you eat makes a big difference. Wild salmon is much leaner than farmed. And then the different varieties vary a lot in fat content. At this USDA site, http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search, you can search by type for nutritional information.
  3. I think you can also cook these in rice cooker with a "keep warm" setting if your crockpot is too big.
  4. I love the Champion Natural Contour (I think). But my advice would be that she measures herself or has it done professionally to make sure she's wearing the right size bra. Then go to the store in your area that has the most bras to try on (Lucy, department store, sporting goods store). Try everything on. Then she should jump around like a crazy person in the dressing room until she find one that's completely comfortable.
  5. Hi Runners. I've just come back to BCB and need to get back to my running too. I promised a friend I would be ready to run a 5k with her at the end of September. I went for a long run/walk on Saturday and nearly did myself in. I was too sore to exercise on Sunday. I did step class on Monday and Tuesday, took the day off on Wednesday and finally got on the treadmill today. I am in sorry shape right now. Hopefully I'll start seeing some improvement in the next few weeks.

Fudge Brownie Mix 2/3 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 2 cups Shredded Zucchini (leave the peel on) Directions: Make batter according to package directions. Stir in Zucchini. Bake for 42 to 44 minutes. It doesn't say how many servings it makes. Maybe 16? or 12?
