  1. I made these for brkfst this AM and added 1/2 c blueberries to them. Heaven! I only get 4 out of the batch, but that's ok cause they are huge and I counted them at 2 points each. Try adding different fruits or even some choc chips. Have any more wonderful recipes?
  2. bumping this up so I can find it again. They are in the oven as we speak.
  3. Well, I am goning to make my own recipe then. I will let you all know how it turns out. It should be great and a good way to get a little veggie and milk in.
  4. It was a dessert and it was pudding or fluff, but for some reason, I think it was supposed to taste like cake mix batter. I know milk was an ing. and maybe cool-whip.
  5. I am looking for the recipe that used cook n serve chocolate pudding and canned pumpkin. I know I saw it here awhile ago, but did not print it out and can't find it thru search. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  7. Prep Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 45 minutes Makes: 6 servings Points Value: 3 per serving 1 cup fat free milk 1/2 cup Cream of Wheat, uncooked 2 cans (6oz. each) skinless, boneless pink salmon in water, drained and flaked 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 eggs, seperated 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ( I used 1 Tbs. dry flakes) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 TBS. lemon juice Bring milk just to a boil in a med. sized saucepan. Gradually add cereal, stirring constantly. Return to boil. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until very thick, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add salmon, 1 of the egg yolks, both egg whites, onion, parsley, dill weed, pepper, salt and lemon juice; mix well. Shape into a loaf in well sprayed shallow baking dish ( I used a sprayed loaf pan). Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Serving ideas, Mix 2 TBS. lemon juice and 1 Tbs. melted margarine. Drizzle over baked Salmon Loaf before slicing to serve. Add points for margarine. or I served mine with Vidalia Onion Dressing over it. It was marvelous. My DH used FF Ranch on his. He loved it. Just add points for the dressing.
  8. Ok, here is my idea. Start with a white cake mix, baked as directed in a 13 X 9 cake pan. After cooled, mix SF strawberry or any red flavor jell-o with 1 cup boiling water. Take a meat fork, and poke holes in cake, pour jello mixture over cake, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Allow to cool in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Top cake with SF cool whip. Then add stripes of sliced strawberries for at least 4-5 rows saving a square corner area to fill in with fresh blueberries. Looks like flag, tastes terrific and is very point friendly. It is also what I am making for today.
  9. I am making this again this Am..It is so good and I need to find it without searching forever. So "bump":bcb_confu
  10. Nice job! I can see a difference and I applaud you for sticking to it. Congratulations on the 10%. You deserve it.:bcbsalute
  11. Great idea! I think I will make it this evening and have it tomorrow morning! I love all the variations..maybe some Da'Vinci syrup added in!
  12. I think this sounds delicious. I am going to make it with veggie crumbles in place in the beef. How many points do you think it would be then?
  13. I made this 2 weeks ago and we loved it. a 1-cup serving with dressing was llike a meal in itself. It makes a lot, but if you keep it in the fridge and drain it daily, it will keep for a week or better. Definitely a keeper and great for picnics also.
  14. Bump so that I can find this easier!
  15. This sounds delicious. Can you use baby carrots instead?
