  1. Dandy, I agree with you on the walking. It is so simple and free! I have recently joined my community's "Y". Walking on a treadmill is what I have been doing for about a week. In fact this is my 2nd. week. I do the first lap at a slow rate of speed to warm up and then increase my speed and degree of incline. So far I do about 1 hr. of walking at least 4 times a day. I am hoping to be able to progress to using the weight machines, etc. The walking has helped me deal with some stress in my life. Now, if I could just get my eating under control. That will be next. Keep up your good work. Your weight loss is an inspiration to me. Susan

  4. Hi, y'all. Just found this product at Wal-Mart this morning - frozen food section. Microwavable in pkg. - it has its own steam vent. These are individual serving size packages. Lean Cuisine Market Creations - Garlic Chicken is the one I tried for my luch today. On WW it comes to 5 points - 270 cal/6g fat/4g fiber. It is white meat chicken with bow tie pasta, asparagus, broccoli and carrots in a creamy garlic sauce. I thought it was pretty good. Ample portion size also - 10.5 oz.. Other varieties available include: Shanghai-Style Shrimp, 4 pts on WW Mushroom Tortelloni, 5 pts on WW Shrimp Scampi, 5 pts on WW There are other varieties, these are the ones I purchased today. I am trying to get back OP and since these are individual size pkgs. that helps me stay on track.
