  5. Thanks Super Bowl and Quinny! I completed W1D1 last night, and it was great! It was so beautiful outside and I was doing the program while going around a lake, the wind was blowing, it was really nice! I kept thinking, how lucky am I that I can do this? It's a great feeling! Quinny - I was just like you when I first started this last year, nobody could wipe a smile off of my face. I couldn't believe that it was me actually running. Keep up the great work!
  6. Super Bowl - How are you doing? Are you getting out of your rut?
  7. I am starting C25K, W1D1 tonight after work. I got up to week 7 last year, had a health issue and stopped. I am so excited to get back on it!
  8. I actually got out at lunch today and did about a 40 minute walk, which included a big hill. So I felt pretty good about that. I do plan on starting C25K on Monday if the weather permits. I've already downloaded Robert Ullery's podcast to my iPhone, and I am ready to get started again.
  9. Sorry to hear that Super Bowl, you were doing so great with your C25K. I wish I could help, but I'm in one too. I was going to start back on C25K last night, but the weather is cold and I used that as an excuse. BTW, I am the queen of excuses! I previously got to week 7, and then started having problems with my broken tailbone, which I don't know if it was the exercise or not. But I am going to do it again, just want it to be warmer. Good luck to both of us in getting out of this rut!

  11. P+ has been great for me! I have managed to lose the 10 pounds that I gained back since the new program rolled out the week after Thanksgiving, plus another 3 pounds on top of that! I'm now under my WW goal, and almost to my personal goal. I eat a lot better than I did on Momentum. I now grab fruits and veggies instead of junk food, but once in a while if I have a craving for chips or chocolate, I splurge and eat it and count for it. I feel this is their best program yet!

  14. I made Lifetime for the second time, a little over a year ago, but I gained 10 pounds back from Thanksgiving of 2009 to Thanksgiving of 2010. I started back on WW when they rolled the new program out, the week after Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that I weighed in last night, and I'm officially 2.5 pounds under my goal weight!! I love Points Plus!!

  16. Amy - I downloaded the podcasts to my MP3 player, and it helped a lot. I don't think I could have done it as well without the podcasts.
  17. I tried the new Smart Ones French Toast and Turkey Sausage, and I thought it was pretty good, but it's 7 points. It was nice for something different, but I won't splurge on it very often.
